    As a Web Developer at Figma, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining our web platform. You’ll be responsible for working with a multi-functional team of designers, marketers, data scientists, and engineers to develop and maintain Figma’s marketing site, designsystems.com, and event sites. You will be working with a variety of modern web technologies including React, NextJS,  Gatsby, Typescript, GraphQL, headless CMS (Sanity/Contentful) and other NodeJS based frameworks. Your role will also include collaborating on OKR planning, roadmapping, onboarding new team members, and managing vendor relationships.

    What you’ll do at Figma

    • Be a core contributor to the development, optimization, and infrastructure of the Figma marketing website.
    • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Growth, Brand, and SEO teams to ensure reliable, performant, accessible, and secure sites.
    • Develop and maintain high-quality user interfaces, ensuring accessibility standards are met and conducting visual QA to deliver polished, user-friendly experiences.
    • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other engineers on the team.
    • Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
    • Make recommendations for the latest web technologies and improvements.

    We’d love to hear from you if you have

    • Development experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Experience in React/Typescript, frameworks (NextJS, Gatsby), and headless content management systems (Sanity, Contentful).
    • Proficiency in building accessible, responsive, and visually appealing UIs, with a solid understanding of UI/UX principles, experience collaborating closely with designers, and a solid focus on QA and testing.
    • Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment using Agile development methodologies.
    • Experience working on SEO-driven projects, localization, performance optimization & experimentation.

    While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have

    • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization standard methodologies, using A/B testing to achieve results.
    • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD strategy and deployment processes.
    • Demonstrable experience with backend technologies (NodeJS, Express), and database operation/management.

    Pay Transparency Disclosure

    If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.

    Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.     The Hims Learning and Development team is seeking an experienced Sr. Instructional Designer to lead curriculum development for our FCs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design, develop, and execute training programs that meet business needs for both new hires and tenured associates, including updates and maintenance. Support may be local or remote, depending on location and project requirements.

    The ideal candidate will apply advanced adult learning theories to create practical, application-based training strategies while overseeing overall curriculum design. You’ll lead support teams to execute these strategies and collaborate with Hims associates to drive innovation and achieve consistent training outcomes. Your programs, blending e-learning, instructor-led training, small group activities, peer learning, and mentoring, will directly contribute to Hims’ success, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs.

    You Will:

    • Design, develop, and build blended learning content for our fulfillment centers, compounding labs, and any additional business needs.
    • Be able to write strong, measurable learning objectives (both terminal and enabling) and tie them to the business goals of the programs that request the team’s services.
    • Evolve the Hims blended learning strategy to the next level while partnering and collaborating with all the appropriate teams.
    • Have mastery of complex adult learning theories, and how to apply them to common business problems. Knowing that the results are the key success metric.

    You Have:

    • An advanced degree or certification in Performance Technology, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or Teaching plus 7-10 years of on-the-job application with programs.
    • Proven experience with Instructional Design and performance consulting in cross-group environments and the ability to drive metric improvements.
    • Deep instructional design knowledge and the ability to convey the complex ID theories to internal stakeholders in a way that they can consume, and support.
    • Experience in using training consumption data to identify trends and improve the content you write based on quantifiable data and business results.
    • Proven e-learning design and development experience with designing, developing, and delivering blended learning courses/lessons.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with peers, driving diverse workgroups to collaborative solutions.
    • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office products in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.

Reporting into the support organization, you’ll be tasked with ensuring our crew members and client users have their product questions answered and technical issues addressed.     What you’ll do:

    • Provide daily support via Salesforce cases and inbound phone calls to crew members and client users as they leverage our product in service of their production projects

    What you’ll have:

    • You have 2+ years experience in a customer support role and/or an administrative role in the film and entertainment industry
    • Film and Television Production Accounting experience
    • Motion Picture Union Payroll experience strongly preferred

    OTE Range

    For sales roles starting salaries are expressed as On Target Earnings or OTE (OTE = base + on-target incentives in the form of sales commission plans).
