RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Technical owner from design to resolution of tailored solutions to sophisticated problems on cloud platforms based on client requirements and other constraints.
• Partners with appropriate stakeholders to determine functional and nonfunctional requirements, as well as business goals, for a set of scenarios.
• Assess and plan for new technology insertion.
• Manage risk identification and risk mitigation strategies associated with the architecture.
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation and architectural artifacts.
• Provide leadership and oversight to the project team pertaining to solution design.
• Active leader in the Architecture Practice community, mentoring Engineers and others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams, supporting the growth of technical capabilities.
• Develop and execute or lead the execution of a technical vision, within one or more business or technical domains, with a focus on the business value.
• Design architectures that align with the DevOps culture and QA Automation practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience/expertise working as a Software Architect and/or Solutions Architect, with proficiency in the specified technologies:
• Java and key Java-based frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Apache, etc).
• RESTful web services.
• Deep understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience comprehending system and user specifications/documentation.
• PostgreSQL preferred, alternatively MySQL.

What you will do:

• Lead new integrations from concept through implementation (supporting tasks aligned with the current product roadmap).
• Develop technical documentation from scratch for new features and updates to existing ones.
• Maintain and update current technical documentation for products and systems.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst with outstanding active listening and communication skills. You will be responsible for deriving insights from data at the intersection of client success, sales, product, and operations and help lead our efforts to improve and grow how we evaluate client success.

Responsibilities

-Engage cross-functionally with teams across the organization to build, develop and implement enhancements to reporting and analytics processes

-Translate data requests into actionable data plans and work across the data platform and engineering teams to implement

-Design and define analytical standards, data definitions, dashboards & processes to provide timely insights

-Provide actionable reporting, analysis and recommendations to help cross functional team improve performance

-Strong relationship management and interpersonal abilities

-Comfortable working in SQL, R or Python for data analysis and can switch to Excel or Sheets to do some pivot tables and vlookups. In addition, you are well-versed with Looker or other BI tools.

About the Role

All Raise seeks a dynamic and highly organized Senior Events Coordinator to support the creation and execution of All Raise events and community activation work. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to coordinate complex, high-stakes professional events. Project management, a collaborative nature, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail are central to this role. The primary responsibilities of this position are centered around our HQ Flagship events, including the annual All Raise VC Summit, but will work closely with our Community and Program teams to support the delivery of programs and events to our broader community.

This is a full-time, remote role. Team members participate in offsites throughout the year and are expected to attend in person. Travel to the VC Summit, Chapter events, industry conferences, etc. is also expected.

You will:

• Support the foundation building of our flagship events through ideation, execution, and reconciliation; track detailed project timelines, support site selection, room layouts, technical requirements, run of show, onsite registration, and team coordination.
• Co-manage external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders. 
• Draft marketing materials and communications, event registration assets, and work with Marketing to develop communication timelines.
• Oversee event technology and attendee data through registration systems, event apps, and Salesforce. 
• Create post-event surveys and compile comprehensive event feedback reports.
• Maintain event documentation for historical context and improvements.

• Partnering with All Raise’s Industry Expert Working Group to design and implement innovative attendee experiences, programming, and brand experiences.
• Coordinating with Marketing, Programs, and Community teams to develop event resources, evaluate new event opportunities, and ensure consistent brand experiences.
• Partner with the Office of the CEO to inform sponsorship packages to source revenue tied to events, and execute sponsor deliverables.
• Partner with Operations to evaluate events-related technologies and vendors for efficiency and streamlining across the organization.

You have:

• 3-5 years of experience in event coordination, preferably in tech, venture capital, or professional conference management
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex professional events
• Strong project management, operations, and communication capabilities (time management, organization, logistics, budgeting, planning, collaboration)
• A combination of analytical skills and communication, with the ability to use data and storytelling to further refine the All Raise event experience
