    Role Overview
    We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid role based in the UK, with occasional travel to our Robertsbridge office. You will play a key role in shaping the digital face of our brand, collaborating closely with backend developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional web experiences.
    Key Responsibilities

    • Build, customize, and maintain Shopify Themes to ensure high-quality, scalable, and responsive designs.
    • Develop user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus).
    • Develop and implement features using Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs  (TypeScript is a plus).
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Shopify stores, including theme conflicts and app integrations.
    • Stay updated with Shopify updates, new APIs, and e-commerce trends to propose innovative solutions.
    • Develop internal company websites and apps to ensure they are updated, optimised, and aligned with current business needs.
    • Optimize web performance, focusing on metrics like Core Web Vitals, page load speed, and Lighthouse scores.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and stakeholders, to deliver seamless digital solutions.
    • Utilize Git/version control for collaborative development and workflow management.
    • Stay updated on the latest frontend technologies and trends to ensure the website remains innovative and competitive.
    What We’re Looking For

    • 5 years+ of experience in a frontend development role, ideally with Shopify Themes.
    • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with TypeScript is a plus.
    • Proficient in Shopify Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and familiarity with TypeScript is a plus.
    • Experience with Shopify APIs and third-party integrations.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • An exceptional eye for design, with a proven ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand aesthetics.
    • Experience with creating wireframes and mockups and turn them into polished web pages.
    • Strong knowledge of web performance optimization and best practices.
    • Experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric web solutions.
    • Proficient in Git/version control workflows.
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Ideally based in the UK, with the ability to travel to our Robertsbridge office

    Role Overview
    We are seeking an ambitious and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This role will involve the end-to-end management of performance-based marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels and partnerships to drive customer acquisition and business growth. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives, ensuring maximum return on investment and sustained profitability.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and execute paid outbound marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and drive traffic to our brand website.
    • Manage acquisition channels, including PPC, paid social, display advertising, affiliate partnerships, and email marketing.
    • Optimize digital marketing acquisition strategies to reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC) and increase average order value (AOV).
    • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Shopify, and other marketing intelligence tools.
    • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to assess and refine campaign success through data-driven insights.
    • Report on key performance metrics (CVR, AOV, traffic, engagement rates, etc.) and use a test-and-learn approach to drive continual campaign improvements.

    • Use A/B testing methodologies to optimize conversion rates and enhance the customer journey.

    What We’re Looking For
    • 3-5+ years of experience in a B2C, data-driven, or digital marketing role, preferably with a focus on performance marketing.
    • Strong experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate marketing, and CRM platforms.
    • Proven track record in developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
    • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Shopify, and ESPs.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, A/B testing, and customer segmentation.
    • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver with a commercially driven and customer-centric mindset.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a keen eye for detail and organization.

    What We Offer
    • Salary £40,000 to £45,000 and performance-based incentives.
