On my current project, I stream to Janus server from multiple raspberries (by Gstreamer pipeline). On Raspberry, it streams by USB-HDMI Encoder. And also Raspberry streams from IP camera through RTSP which is dedicated to that Raspberry… (Budget: $250 – $750 USD, Jobs: HTML5, JavaScript, Linux, WebRTC)
